Trying to get heat

I am using the remote but can't seem to get heater to work. I am not sure if this has a heater system. My Model is QSHE-123/QSHC-123. I don't have the guide to the remote, can you be of assistance to me. I am not a pissed client. Thank you very much Vicki

Quietside Heating Equipment is big rip off!

Bought and had installed a quietside s-line condensor all in one heater/hot water system. The contractor that installed it warned us beforehand that this equipment is junk as it is prone to constantly break down and no one will want to come out and work on it. Well, we found out the hard way how right that contractor was. The machine stopped working only two days after installation and calls to every single heating contractor in my state got me no assistance ( all alleging that quietside equipment is too complicated to work on and will continue to keep blowing a piece every few weeks and that the piece this machine is reputable for breaking down costs a lil over 900. just for the part and there will be time and labor charges on top of it! All have recommended to uninstall the equipment and go back to my oil burner and all have said they do not work on this machine. Even the installer of this machine does not want to come back. Quietsides support pages are useless, none of them depict my exact machine and instructions for same. Also each page shows a different meaning to error codes. Calling the company is useless, they only refer you to look through their support site for answers. The owner of the house is gone for the winter, back to his home country and there is no way to get a-hold of him. So now because of the junk machine from quietside company, I am forced to move out to another place that has working hot water and heat as in my area it is now required to have those things due to the cold wheather.

A month later now...still no one was able to repair this machine. Most all companies I called all gave the same basic info and that being that they will not attempt to work on this machine because they have to guarantee/warranty their work and past experiences with this brand machine ends up them coming back over and over agian for free because of their warranty for work done and so it got all around that do not bother working on such a machine.
